Mobile Telemetry Engineer
Tamworth Monday to Friday 07:00 17:00pm, 42 hours a week Are you ready to be part of an innovative team thats driving change in the equipment hire industry?Were looking for a passionate Mobile Telemetry Engineer to take ownership of telemetry systems across our territories.As a Mobile Telemetry Engineer, youll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing telemetry systems on Speedys wide range of assets.
Installation, maintenance, and management, of telemetry installation on Speedy assets To provide a quality service, product and control mechanism in the Northern Speedy territories.
Ongoing quality control of telemetry devices fixed to Speedy assets Creation and maintenance of a telemetry installation guide Development and continuous adaptation of training material and practical sessions for Speedy engineers Provision of telemetry training to others, as required Liaison with others in the Speedy team to ensure availability in the network Development and maintenance of collaborative key relationships across divisions Assisting in development of Standard Operating Procedure Customer facing activities as required What we offer: Competitive salary get in touch for a confidential chat Overtime is paid time and a half and door to door You will have use of a Speedy Hire van and fuel card 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Career progression and training programmes

(An understanding of basic engine communication systems (CAN bus and MOD bus) Proficient computer skills, use of telemetry platforms Ability to write technical reports Able to work under pressure and as part of a team Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight when required Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
