Role & Responsibilities :
Supporting the Maintenance Manager, supervising technicians and contractors when on shift, delegating work loads and ensuring work is completed with health and safety regulations
Resolving breakdowns, carry out PPM work on project improvement works, minimizing downtime
Ensuring all PM sheets are completed with observations, jobs completed and recommendations, liaising with the Maintenance planner looking at ways of improving PM’s
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
HNC, City & Guilds or time served apprentice with appropriate engineering qualifications.
Experience within a similar role ideally gained within a food manufacturing environment, if not food, experience within any manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Electrically or mechanically biased, or multi-skilled
Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems experience highly desirable
