Required for this luxury tour operator - based in central London. Home-based or hybrid options are acceptable. CRM and social media management experience is essential, preferably within the travel industry, ideally for a similar company. Salary range: 45/55k plus great bonus and benefits.
CRM and Social Media Manager Responsibilities
* Manage the company's email programme and social media activity.
* Stand-alone position reporting to the Head of Marketing.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* KPI reporting.
Skills Required
* Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, ideally for a luxury travel company, or an experienced senior executive looking to step up.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
