Job Description:
The Faculty Support Team in the Faculty of Health is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Administrator. This role involves providing high-standard PA and administrative services to the Faculty Team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well-organized, and capable of engaging with a dynamic team.
Under the direction of the PA to the Head of Faculty Operations, you will support the faculty support office with routine tasks. A flexible, 'can do' attitude is essential, along with good teamwork skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a constantly changing workload. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support to the executive leadership team, arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, and other administrative duties as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint being desirable. The role offers support for personal and professional development and opportunities to gain experience in various Faculty projects. You should be able to work at any of our sites, primarily the main campus. Flexibility to work from home is available, subject to informal agreement within the department.
