Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director. As a Personal Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the MD's office.
Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Maintain and coordinate the MD's calendar; act as gatekeeper for the MD's time and communications; provide diary and logistical support for other EMB members; organise inductions for new direct reports; collate and submit monthly credit card expenses; screen and manage correspondence, calls, and requests.
* Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and attend leadership meetings; prepare agendas, circulate papers, and take minutes; liaise with the Company Secretary on Board meetings; coordinate the MD's participation in events.
* Internal Communications & People Initiatives: Lead employee engagement and recognition programs; support planning and delivery; act as a liaison for People & Culture updates.
* Operation & Administrative Support: Manage the company's Amazon account and purchasing; organise hospitality for visitors and events; build relationships with hotels and manage agreements.
