Pay Rate - £85-£105 per day
Academics are delighted to be working with a highly regarded school in the heart of Reading, currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic and supportive team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a rewarding educational environment.
The school is conveniently located in central Reading, with excellent transport links and easy access by both car and public transport.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality classroom support. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with SEN, ASD, and ADHD, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
Collaborating effectively with the SENCO and teaching staff
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentThis Learning Support Assistant position would suit someone who is caring, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people in education.
