Management Liability Assistant Underwriter
About the Role
As a Management Liability Assistant Underwriter, you will support the underwriting team in servicing and growing a profitable international portfolio. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in underwriting, gain exposure to global markets, and develop technical expertise in Management Liability.
Your responsibilities will include assisting senior underwriters with day‑to‑day underwriting tasks, preparing documentation, analysing risk information, and supporting broker relationships. You will engage with brokers via email, calls and occasional meetings, helping ensure excellent service standards are upheld.
You will also collaborate with teams across the business—including actuarial, claims and product development—providing valuable insight and gaining exposure to the full insurance lifecycle.

You are a motivated, organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing a career in underwriting. You may have previous experience in insurance, broking or underwriting.
