This is an exciting opportunity to oversee facilities management activities across a combination of client-facing operational sites and wider offsite properties, helping ensure buildings remain compliant, well maintained, and fit for purpose.
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee day to day facilities operations, statutory compliance, and maintenance coordination across the portfolio, ensuring planned and reactive works are effectively prioritised and managed in line with contractual requirements. You will lead a small on-site facilities team, working closely with contractors, stakeholders, and internal departments to maintain service delivery standards and support the smooth operation of the contract.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and compliance activities across the portfolio, ensuring statutory obligations are met and a consistent approach is applied across all sites.
Line manage and support a team of facilities staff, ensuring effective deployment of resources and maintenance of service delivery standards.
