What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting students with varying learning needs in a secondary environment.
* Delivering 1:1 and small‑group support to reinforce classroom learning.
* Assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
* Promoting an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
* Encouraging student independence, wellbeing, and progress.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
* Confidence in working with diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability to work across different school settings.
