The role
As Senior CSM / AI Strategist, you’ll lead relationships with enterprise financial services and insurance customers, overseeing mid-market deals typically in the £100k–£150k range. You’ll guide sophisticated AI integrations from kickoff to adoption, ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
You don’t need to be hands-on technical, but you must be confident navigating complex deliveries, aligning with senior stakeholders, and tying success back to metrics that matter.
What you’ll do
* Own customer relationships at senior levels across enterprise accounts
* Guide complex AI deployments with clarity and confidence
* Drive adoption and value, linking outcomes to business metrics
* Anticipate risks and manage delivery across multiple stakeholders
* Establish Customer Success playbooks and processes as the first hire
* Partner directly with the Co-Founder on strategy and growth
What they’re looking for
* Experience managing complex deliveries with enterprise customers
* Track record of building strong senior customer relationships
* Ability to speak precisely about business metrics and value
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Background in financial services or insurance is a strong plus

Package & environment
* £90k–£120k salary, depending on experience
* Remote role — based in the UK, Barcelona, or anywhere within ~2 hours of UK time zone
