We have opportunities for Senior Child Care Officers within our Children\'s Homes to join our Leadership Team. As we continue to increase capacity through our strengthened offer, we have opportunities for Senior Child Care Officers within our Children\'s Homes to join our Leadership Team. You will work as part of a wider Leadership Team, taking the initiative to ensure our Homes provide the best outcomes for children, including stability, care and love. You will hold responsibility to ensure all Statutory and Regulatory requirements are met in line with the Childrens Homes Regulations. This is a varied role with shift patterns, occasional weekend work and overnight stays.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Child Care Officer for Children\'s Homes you will work as part of a Leadership Team and on your own initiative to ensure Homes are delivering the best outcomes for children, including stability, care and love, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will be part of a valued team where practice is supported by skilled leaders and managers, in a service built on pride and passion with high aspirations for children in care.
Note: The role requires working to various shift patterns, including some weekend work and overnight stays.

* Competitive salary of up to £33,366 FTE with an additional shift allowance taking full-time colleagues to £35,235 FTE
