Applications are invited for the post of Financial Services Manager (Financial Accounting) based at Police Headquarters, Penrith with the option to work from home or another Constabulary location for part of the week.
Full Time Position - 37 hours per week.
Salary Range - £47, - £50,
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Constabulary Financial Services Team. The role of Financial Services Manager (FSM) is a key member of the team. The post holder will lead on the financial accounting arrangements for the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner and the Constabulary in relation to Statutory Accounting, Capital Accounting, Treasury Management and Insurance. The Financial Services Manager will direct and support the work of the Financial Services Officers within the Financial Accounting Team and will liaise with Commanders and Heads of Service in relation to Financial Accounting Matters.
The successful applicant should be a fully qualified CCAB Accountant.
