RSW are looking to recruit a Test Solutions and Development Manager for a permanent role with their client, a government contract electronic manufacturing service. Due to the nature of the business, all candidates will be subject to a Security Clearance check. Main Purpose of Role To understand, develop and manage the deployment of optimised test solutions for all existing and new customers and in doing so, transferring ownership of the test solution to the Company. To manage and develop the Company ‘test service offering’ and capability in conjunction with the Production Test Manager ensuring that all agreed Quality, Capacity and Cost criteria are achieved ensuring total Customer satisfaction.
