CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer Salary - upto £40,000 Gloucestershire The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to join a precision engineering environment supporting the manufacture of complex machined components across a variety of industries. This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, supporting both new and existing products from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise CNC machining programs using CAM software. Support manufacturing and engineering activities for new and existing products. Produce machining solutions for complex, precision-engineered components. Review technical drawings and specifications to determine manufacturing requirements. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity. Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. Essential Experience At least 3 years' experience in CNC programming using CAM software.
