Job Title: Senior PMO

Key Skills:
* Highly experienced and capable Senior PMO
* Banking sector experience, esp. Regulatory programme experience is highly desirable
* Experience interacting with regulators (FCA/PRA) is highly desirable
* Expertise in waterfall programme management/delivery methodology
* Happy working in a fast-paced environment, working to deliver to a fixed deadline
* Hands on, proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude
* High attention to detail, inc. with documentation
* Experienced supporting and interacting with senior stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow good industry practice and apply all such skills, knowledge and experience to the best of their ability to help the Group successfully achieve the goals and objectives of the project(s) directed towards.
* Provide professional Programme Management Office (PMO) analyst services within the Group CIDO function to assist managing the Programme, ensuring that the required documentation is produced and maintained.
* Support functional workshops and take minutes to record the outcomes of such workshops where required.
* Support delivery teams removing blockers in support of continuous development & testing activity.
* Support training and handover to ensure that the new processes and procedures become fully integrated throughout organization.
* Work with the Group CIDO function and any other relevant departments within organization and the Bank, as identified during the term of the contract.
* Provide professional PMO Officer services within Group CIDO function for any additional projects as determined by the Group, during the term of the contract.
* Produce, update and maintain the Deliverables in accordance with the agreed change methodology and using the appropriate templates, as identified during the term of the contract.
Assist in producing, maintaining and updating the following Deliverables:
* reporting packs
* risk and issues logs
* project plans
* budget tracking
* change control documents
* gateway documents
* Apply appropriate controls for co-ordinating and planning design and build activities across the programme.
* Apply appropriate controls for infrastructure design and build through traceability to support testing and sign-off.
* Act as a point of contact and escalation for Design & Delivery teams into the wider programme.
* Appropriate control to risks, issues, dependency management and action logs and prioritise for resolution through to completion in alignment with the project plan and organization/Group Delivery Framework.
* Apply appropriate controls to the creation of release documentation required to support releases into production as required.
* Apply appropriate controls for maintaining project plans in accordance with organization/Group Delivery Framework.
Specific Skills:
* Able to work in Coventry Office 1 to 2 days per week
* Able to travel up to the Manchester Office at least monthly
