This is a vacancy for a SEN Learning Support Assistant at outstanding special needs school in South Manchester.
The basics:
* SEN Learning Support Assistant at special needs high school in South Manchester for children with medical needs, learning & SEMH needs.
* Starting ASAP
* Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
* Expected go perm eventually for the right person.
* £95-110/day DOE - Paid PAYE, we don’t use umbrella companies!
* Equal pay to perm staff from 13th week onwards of a placement.

How you’ll help:
* Provide targeted learning interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis in unique setting.
* There may also be social, emotional & behavioural needs to support and children that will need lots of positive renforcement.
* You have the chance to adapt your approach to each pupil.
* Contribute to a safe, fun & inclusive classroom environment.
* Work with the class teacher, SENCO, SLT, parents and outside professionals.
* Report on behaviours, incidents and disclosures to the DSL.
