Key Responsibilities
* Lead and enhance process safety across a complex manufacturing operation
* Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP/LOPA studies, and safety audits
* Support regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to COMAH and safety standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen site safety performance
* Provide expert guidance to engineers, operations, and leadership teams
About You
* Strong background in Process Safety Engineering within manufacturing, chemicals, COMAH, or related industries
* Experience with safety systems, risk analysis, and process safety management
* Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
* Passionate about maintaining and improving safe working environments
