3. Manage a team of 10+ in client management - account management, retention, customer growth.
4. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Lead and manage a team focused on improving customer success outcomes.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure retention targets are met.
7. Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
8. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
10. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding retention performance.
11. Champion a customer-centric approach across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
