We have experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. We have good troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, networking, and workplace technology. We have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are proactive, organised, and user-focused. We can work independently and take ownership of issues. We remain calm under pressure and present a professional, approachable manner. We hold a full UK driving licence. Desirable: we have experience with Meraki wireless environments. Desirable: we have experience using service desk systems. Desirable: we have exposure to cyber security tools such as EDR, MDR, or XDR. Desirable: we have Windows Server exposure. Desirable: we hold IT qualifications or a Computer Science degree. Responsibilities: We provide responsive day-to-day IT support across multiple sites. We support MacOS and Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads. We support Microsoft 365 environments. We manage user accounts within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). We support printers, scanners, and workplace hardware. We assist with Wi-Fi and connectivity issues. We support Cisco AnyConnect VPN environments. We support Smart TVs, Apple TV, Sky systems, and audio-visual technology. We support cloud and hybrid-cloud technologies. We work closely with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. We support VIP users and senior stakeholders. We travel occasionally to additional sites, including London and North Devon.
