The Diocese of Peterborough seeks an experienced Incumbent to serve in this pivotal role combining leadership at All Saints Oakham, a prominent town-centre church with a strong civic presence, alongside the rural parish of Langham. You will give oversight and support to two Team Vicars, serving a further eight rural parishes and engaging with the wider Deanery of Rutland. Experience of multi-parish or Team Ministry will be an advantage.

* Enable collaborative ministry and nurture discipleship and growth.
* Encourage worship styles from choral and civic to café church.
