The Headteacher and Governing Body of Portmead Primary School are seeking to appoint a 'Superhero Caretaker!' We can offer a fun and supportive work environment where you'll never get bored!
You will need to be:
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative to deal with issues as they arise on the premises.
* Able to assist in maintaining and improving the appearance of our lovely school building and outdoor environment including maintenance
* Able to use basic DIY skills e.g. painting and fix minor repairs.
* Be responsible for site security.
* Aware of and respond to Health and Safety issues.
* In possession of good communication skills.
* Using, where appropriate, powered equipment.
* The ability to PAT test would be an advantage (training can be arranged)

The successful candidate will be required to work for some parts of the school holidays. Please note some flexibility regarding hours would be considered and arranged with the successful candidate.
