An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work at Fforestfach day service.
We are looking to employ a DSO for 22 hrs a week to support individuals to work as part of the NEAT team and support individuals to gain work skills and work experience whilst promoting and supporting individuals with social and wellbeing outcomes and to support individuals to learn the skills to be able to move onto work style opportunities.
This is how we will help you do a great job and here a few things that may matter to you?
* You will be part of a dynamic team.
* You will be supported to do the right training, to gain the relevant understanding, knowledge and skills for the role.
* You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement within your new role and an opportunity to discuss aspects of the role with your manager.
* You will work 3 days a week.
