* Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain teams to optimise inventory levels.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to adjust forecasts as needed.
* Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth product availability.
* Prepare and present reports on demand planning and inventory performance.
* Support the implementation of planning tools and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Demand Planner should have:
* +5 years' experience in demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using demand planning software and Excel.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
