Job Description
Location: North Bradford HQ | Hybrid: 2 days from home| Salary: £27,000–£35,000 DOE + performance bonuses | Progression: Clear route into Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Prospecting: Engage potential clients via calls, emails & social outreach
* Inbound Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and match solutions to client needs
* Appointment Setting: Book and hand over high-quality meetings to the sales team
* Pipeline Tracking: Manage CRM activity and report performance to managers
Skills & Experience:
* B2B telesales experience essential
* Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or similar desirable
* Confident, resilient, and motivated to build a career in sales
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with excellent organisation and CRM proficiency
* Driving licence and car access beneficial
