Lunchtimes play an important role in the school day, and we want supervisors who help make this time happy, calm and inclusive for all.
Job Responsibilities
* Supervise children throughout the midday lunch break (timings 11:45-13:00 Mon‑Fri).
* Assist with supervision in the dining hall during the service of meals, ensuring good eating habits and table manners.
* Plan and deliver games with the children on the playground, encouraging group play.
* Resolve any behavioural issues efficiently following the guidance of the senior leaders.
* Care for sick children and those with minor injuries/ailments, providing basic first aid treatment when required.
Requirements
* Experience working with children of varying ages and backgrounds.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organise activities that engage children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* First aid qualification or willingness to undertake training.
* Knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
