We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at a vibrant secondary school in Bodmin. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils, teachers, and support staff in a school committed to inclusive education and academic excellence.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including those with additional needs
* Assist teachers in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
* Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
* Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
* Promote student independence and well-being

What We’re Looking For:
* A caring, patient and resilient attitude
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with young people (in education or similar setting) is desirable but not essential
