The role of the Technical Support Engineer Boilers & Renewables will involve:
1. Technical Support Engineer dealing with a range of heating solutions such as boilers, heat tanks and renewable heat pumps
2. The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
3. The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal stakeholders
4. Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
