What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. You will ensure XPO Logistics fulfil their responsibilities relating to the distribution of product for our network operations
2. Day-to-day you will co-ordinate the customers’ requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring contractual obligations are met, along with timely reporting of relevant KPI and finances
3. As a hands on manager, you will lead from the front, focussing on the consistent coaching and development of your team to run a safe and compliant operation
4. With a focus on cost saving initiatives, you will deliver a seamless service for the customer and all relevant stakeholders

5. Transport Manager CPC - Essential
6. A track record of leading successful teams in a dynamic transport environment
7. Great communication skills, you’ll be speaking to stakeholders of varying seniority on a daily basis
