We are looking to expand the team with an administrator / planner to join the team.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position has previous administrative experience, preferably with knowledge of solar and insulation, enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. The successful candidate for this role will work closely with supervisors, communication teams, installers, customers and other members of the organisation to complete day-to-day duties in a timely fashion.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Overseeing the installation teams and process for all domestic jobs
* Answer incoming calls, and liaising with customers via outbound calls
* Arrange installation/surveying dates with customers
* Planning installers and surveyors diary
* Updating handovers on the database
* Completing MCS solar paperwork, customer contracts, and all relevant paperwork
* Invoicing customers and arranging payments.
* Checking and placing material lists
* Processing of completed surveys and call-offs for site work to Production.
* Monitoring progress through Production Department and the subsequent programming of work.
* Maintaining records of fitting etc and filing of appropriate paperwork.
* Display a working understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Completing day to day admin duties.
* Submitting DNO applications to utilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
