This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to take ownership of bid submissions within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You will play a key role in shaping written and visual content, helping to present the business in a clear and compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality bid and tender submissions
* Support bid / no bid decisions
* Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities
* Prepare engaging presentations aligned with brand guidelines
* Assist with fee proposals and project-related documentation
* Maintain and improve internal bid processes and materials
Requirements
* Strong written and communication skills
* Good graphic and presentation ability
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience
Previous experience within a design, architecture or creative environment
