Are you from a leadership background within Welding/ Fabricating or similar looking for the excellent opportunity to head up and mould a team within a rapidly expanding company, mentoring and growing the department whilst also going under further technical development ensuring you become an expert in your field?
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference within a company who are rapidly expanding across the South and have just taken on massive contracts, you will be given full autonomy to mould and grow the department and helping to shape the business.
This company has been established for over 5 decades and are respected across the south for being one of the best in their field, they pride themselves on the quality and efficiency of their service, due to ongoing growth and new contracts, they are looking to take on a new Manager to head up the Welding/ Fabricating department.
On offer is a Management position within the head Factory, where you will be responsible for moulding and shaping a team of 15 Welder/Fabricators, overseeing the quality processes on site and managing the Production processes.
This role would suit someone from a leadership background within Welding/ Fabricating or similar looking to take the next step in their career, overseeing the production at the head factory and heading up the Fabricating and Welding Team.
The Role:
Shaping and Moulding a Team of 15+ Welder/ Fabricators
Occasional travel off site with a company vehicle and fuel provided
Further training from Directors and other Managers within the business
The Candidate:
Factory, Production, Workshop Manager or similar within Welding/ Fabricating
Looking to Manage a Team within a rapidly expanding company
Must hold a drivers license
