We're now looking for a full‑time Bar Team Member to join our close‑knit team. If you love people, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Bar Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving drinks and food with confidence, warmth, and efficiency
* Creating a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
* Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
* Handling cash and using EPOS systems accurately
* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
* A friendly, positive, people‑focused approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Reliability, professionalism and pride in your work
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods
