Role Overview
As a Care Team Leader (Maternity Cover – Nights) you will manage and oversee the shift by leading and motivating the team, managing daily records, assisting with care plans and providing personal care to residents, including bathing.
Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and you will learn about their likes, dislikes and needs.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage care staff effectively.
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
* Be alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
* Help maintain high standards ensuring the residents’ home is always clean and safe.

* Ability to supervise and manage care staff.
* Excellent understanding of dementia care.
* Caring nature and ability to work as part of an amazing team.
