National Account Manager - eCommerce
Hybrid to business needs (i.e. 1 day a week in office)
£42,000 + £4,200 car allowance + bonus
Are you a eCommerce National Account Executive that has experience being involved in JBPs? I am partnered with a food business that operate across multiple categories, that due to an internal promotion are looking for a National Account Manager to join. You'll take direct responsibility for Ocado, and quick commerce customers such as Uber Eats, Gusto etc.
Ocado is a brilliant account within this business, gaining major time with the SLT as many first trails are carried out on Ocado before the wider grocery channels. The business is growing, has recently made some fantastic acquisitions, and has no signs of slowing down. You'll report into a great line manager that will help you develop in your career.
The Role
* Full P&L ownership across Ocado and Q-commerce accounts
* Lead JBPs, range reviews, and digital activation across a wide portfolio of categories.
* Multi buyer management and internal stakeholder management.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and category to deliver commercial growth
* Manage promotions, pricing, and NPD launches with a clear digital strategy
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience managing eCommerce or Q-commerce accounts within FMCG
* Experience with either developing your own JBPs or assisting on JBPs.
* Proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of the online retail landscape
* Confident communicator, able to influence both internally and externally
