Your Responsibilities
* Development and creation of reports which will support the Customer Service Division.
* Analysis of trends and report variances
* Automation of Reporting: Usage of reporting tools/systems (e.g. SAP BI/BO, SQL, Amazon Web Services etc.) which allow an automated visualisation of standard reports
* Design and implement applications (software/tool engineering) with high quality from requirements in order to improve operative business processes
* Process analysis and process optimisation
Your Profile
* Advanced SQL and data structures knowledge
* Proficient in data visualization tool - Power BI
* Experience in SSRS or other data visualization tools
* A customer-oriented and strategic mindset, underpinned by a strong commercial focus, enabling the identification and pursuit of opportunities that align with both customer needs and business objectives
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
