You will be rewarded with a good basic salary and an excellent and achievable commission scheme.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Valuer, you'll be the face of the organisation in your area.
You’ll carry out property valuations, build lasting relationships with customers, and help sellers get the very best from their move.\n\nYour day-to-day will include:\n\n * Carrying out accurate and well-researched market appraisals\n\n * Winning new instructions by showcasing our market leading services\n\n * Building strong relationships with vendors\n\n * Offering advice on the best marketing strategies for each property\n\n * Working closely with our sales and lettings teams to ensure smooth customer journeys\n\nRequired skills and experience;\n\n * Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister or a Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready to step up\n\n * Outstanding customer service and communication skills\n\n * Local market knowledge (or the drive to quickly build it)\n\n * Self-motivation, drive, and a positive, can-do attitude\n\n * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * A competitive OTE of £45,000–£55,000\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * Clear career progression opportunities\n\n * Ongoing professional development and training\n\n * Flexible, forward thinking working environment\n\n * Full marketing, admin, and compliance support so you can focus on what you do best\n\nInterested?\n\nIf you’re passionate about property, love meeting new people, and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
