About the role
This role is within our The Major Fundraising Partnerships Directorate, focused on doubling our fundraising income by 2030. The Head of Philanthropy & Entrepreneurial Partnerships will lead and strategize for the Philanthropy, Corporate, and Entrepreneurial Income generation teams, driving our new Income Generation Fundraising Strategy. The role involves delivering sustainable growth through innovative fundraising methods to maximize impact over the next 5-10 years.
The day-to-day involves:
* Innovation: Developing new ways to generate and grow income.
* Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Stewardship: Managing complex relationships and cultivating high-value donors and partners.
* Resource & People Management: Ensuring appropriate staffing and setting high standards for team performance.
* Budgets and Policy: Overseeing departmental budgets and projections.
