HR Advisor £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Full-Time, permanent role 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday (needs to be onsite) Exeter Role Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function. Experience needed for this position: * Experience and proficient in using HR databases - GPS oracle and TMS and strong IT skills Microsoft office (Work/Excel/PowerPoint etc.) * CIPD qualified or equivalent manufacturing experience * ER knowledge and experience of case management, best practice, and processes. * Experience of working within a manufacturing unionised environment is preferred. * Good understanding of Employment Law with an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies and procedures and best practice.
