We specialize in delivering comprehensive technical solutions for our sea-based aquaculture operations. *Summary* We are seeking an Observe Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at AKVA Group Scotland Ltd. This is a hands-on role to support our Digital/Observe Feeding Consultant in all aspects of delivery of AKVA Group digital product suite with the main focus on Observe. *Responsibilities** •Deliver on weekly reporting and data analysis to ensure customer KPIs (e.g. Mowi, Cooke, Bakkafrost and others) are met.

* Engage directly with customers feed teams to discuss priorities, insights, and tool usage (e.g., Tide platform).
* Build and maintain strong, value-driven customer relationships through regular face-to-face and Teams interactions.
* Use analytics tools to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s Digital products and solutions.
* Show willingness to learn new technologies and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
* Once established and trained, train customers on automated and data-driven solutions.
* Assist Digital/Observe Sales Manager in up selling Digital add on products
* Provide feedback to the Observe product team – be part of the customer voice to the software development team
* Participate and contribute to scheduled weekly and ad-hoc meetings with internal team and customers
* Maintain the ability, drive and commitment to travel regularly to customer sites across Scotland and Ireland aquaculture zone to support data discussions and strengthen collaboration.
* Travel as required to internal technical and management meetings and training sessions, throughout Scotland, UK and Norway.
* Provide holiday cover for Digital/Observe Sales manager *Requirements** Digital background
* Knowledge of AI or ability to understand benefits and downsides.
* Ability to learn quickly about aquaculture operations.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Good team worker
* Based in Inverness or in mainland Scotland fish farm area.
* Data interpretation and handling skills
* Ability to summarize complex data sets and write brief coherent, informative reports.
* Degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science, or IT. Or equivalent experience.
* Analytic data skills-proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation and transitions, pivot tables etc al.
* Attention to detail with a structured and organised approach to work.
* Flexible mindset to work with fish farmers
