Our client, a well-respected global real estate services provider, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Associate to join their team in Dumfries. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled surveyor to manage an impressive portfolio of estates across the UK.
Position Overview
As a Rural Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of commercial, agricultural, and residential properties for private clients, ensuring compliance, negotiating agreements, and providing expert advice to support the effective management of these impressive estates.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial, agricultural, and residential properties across private estates
* Handle property compliance, tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Negotiate with utility providers and manage landlord/tenant matters
* Assist in preparing management reports and attend client meetings
* Oversee the management of the natural environment on estates
Requirements
* MRICS Qualified Chartered Surveyor
* FAAV qualification desirable but not essential
* Proven experience in rural estate management
* Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in property compliance and landlord/tenant matters
