Job Overview As a Government & Reporting Analyst, you’ll work across the Environment & Innovation directorate to support governance and reporting processes that uphold the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and regulatory excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of agile governance and change frameworks. Gathering and analysing data for portfolio reporting and regulatory submissions. Preparing reporting decks and inputs for internal and external boards, adopting sustainable reporting practices. Mapping and documenting processes to support directorate-wide quality assurance. Understanding and supporting financial reporting requirements across the directorate. Applying strong programme management knowledge, including RAID, deliverables, metrics, and financial reporting. About You Proven experience in implementing and supporting governance and reporting frameworks at portfolio or board level. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver agile, fast-paced reporting outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex information and identifying key insights. Stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to understand needs and deliver tailored outcomes. Technical capability to create processes, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. High attention to detail, with experience in data cleansing, preparation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy. Package This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Falmer office and home.
