Working arrangements: Agile – minimum 3 days in the office; full‑time; 37 hours per week; permanent contract. Flexible working options are considered in line with service needs.

Key responsibilities
 * Collaborate with the Practice Development Hub to deliver the Social Work Academy offer, supporting and mentoring newly qualified social workers.
 * Work with the team manager to drive best practice, supporting learning and development within the team.
 * Manage a reduced caseload, ensuring continuity of support for service users while maintaining high standards of care.
 * Contribute to the development of children and young people’s services, working with partners, businesses and the community to effect positive change.
Qualifications
 * Registered social worker with Social Work England; qualified social worker.
 * Self‑motivated with innovative practice and strong intervention skills.
 * Experience in statutory children’s social work, particularly in child protection and court arenas.
 * Committed to team support and development, with mentoring experience for students, NQSWs or colleagues.
