A leading local pharmacy is now looking for an experienced Pharmacistto join them as their Pharmacist Manager .
Part of a long-established family business, the pharmacy is a lively store benefitting from a great location close to local amenities, parking, and public transport services. The team is experienced and dispenses around 8,000 items per month, aided by a Positive Solutions Analyst system (soon to be the Golden Tote management system), and can offer patients additional services including Pharmacy First, emergency medicines, blood pressure checks and flu vaccinations.
As Pharmacist Manager, you’ll lead the delivery and development of high-quality community pharmacy care at the store – managing daily activity, providing strong professional leadership, and facilitating a consistently excellent patient experience. This will include supporting the introduction of private services and Covid-19 vaccination service in the autumn.

This is a permanent, full-time Pharmacist Manager position.
Working hours cover 9am-6pm Mon-Fri plus occasional Saturdays (1-in-3 rota pattern; a corresponding day off during the week can be discussed).
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Accredited MPharm degree, OSPAP or equivalent
* ( Essential ) Registration with the GPhC as Pharmacist
* ( Essential ) Previous experience with managing and mentoring team members
