Monitor workflows, manage production schedules, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Collaborate with planning, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth, on-time order fulfilment. People Management Manage and motivate a team of production operatives and supervisors. Drive a high-performance culture through clear communication, training, and development initiatives. Support succession planning and team growth in line with business expansion. Quality & Compliance Maintain full compliance with all relevant food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, etc). Work alongside the technical function to implement corrective actions and uphold audit readiness. Conduct regular checks, reporting, and documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Continuous Improvement & H&S Champion operational excellence through lean thinking and process improvement. Drive cost-efficiency and waste reduction initiatives without compromising quality. Ensure full compliance with health & safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on the production floor.
