We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Client Services Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management, and Course Tutors.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering.
* Course booking administration.
* Hotel bookings for candidates & staff.
* Production of course handouts and presentation material.
* Post-course administration, including letters, processing certification, and creating & updating database records.
* Petty Cash management.
* Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
* Administrative support to Management, Sales, and Course Tutors as required.
* Assist colleagues as needed.
Personal Attributes:
* Good communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Positive team member with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational skills.
Hours of Work:
* 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Thursday.
* 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday.
