Senior Estates Surveyor (Operations)

About the role
This role offers 37 hours per week with a permanent position. Salary is £45,771 – £50,142 per annum, including a £4,000 recruitment allowance until 31/12/2027.
Key responsibilities
* Managing a wide caseload for both landlords and tenants, responsible for day‑to‑day portfolio management.
* Providing professional real‑estate advice to senior managers and client departments.
* Coordinating multiple stakeholders, clients and internal professionals and communicating effectively.
* Negotiating to secure best value for acquisitions, disposals or leases.
Qualifications & experience
* MRICS or Associate RICS qualification.
* Experience managing wide‑ranging caseloads and supervising staff.
* Experience advising stakeholders and clients on complex/specialist issues.
* Comprehensive knowledge of statutory regulations related to the service area.
* Previous experience in a local government/public sector role desirable.
