Your role as an Audit Manager:
* As an Audit Manager, you will lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, working alongside senior managers and directors.
* Your responsibilities will include coordinating client communications, managing audit tasks, and ensuring high-quality results.
* You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, overseeing their work, and providing constructive feedback.
* You will manage an enthusiastic team of auditors to grow the businesses of its clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You will be ACA / ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
* You will have experience in managing your own portfolio and be skilled at managing client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
* Familiarity with risk assessment and control measures within the audit process.
* Ability to lead and support junior staff whilst fostering a productive team environment.
* Experience with CaseWare and CCH is beneficial but not essential.
* Full rights to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
