Our client is looking for a confident proactive Administratorto keep the wheels turning, supporting the sales professionals and making sure the customers get the best service possible.
Responsible For
* Creating and managing quotations and processing customer orders
* Making sure details are correct, chasing missing information where needed
* Supporting the sales team with inbound enquiries and partner opportunities
* Keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date and accurate
* Helping produce sales reports and forecasts
* Ensuring tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and with a smile
What Were Looking For
* Someone with business experience (maybe youve worked in admin, customer service, or sales support before)
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and structured in how you work
* A good communicator who enjoys working with people
* A positive team player whos also self-motivated
* Flexible and ready to adapt in a busy, changing environment
