What You'll Do
* Analyse and optimise the commercial performance of surveys
* Identify patterns in client use and respondent behaviour
* Model pricing strategies and incentive effectiveness
* Use data science tools to boost segmentation and survey ROI
* Collaborate across commercial, analytics, and tech teams
* Drive smarter decisions through revenue modelling and optimisation
Tech Stack
* Python, SQL
* Cloud migration to Azure underway
* Exposure to clustering, regression, and trading-style analytics
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years' experience in a data analyst or revenue-focused analytics role
* Confident with large datasets, business metrics, and modelling
* Curious, creative thinkers who enjoy solving commercial problems
* Experience in media, marketplaces, ecommerce, or trading environments is a plus
Interview Process
1. Introductory interview with the hiring team
2. Take-home technical test
3. Final technical deep-dive and optimisation challenge with data team
