Hays Education is working with a high-performing secondary school in Haywards Heath to recruit a dedicated Teacher of History to join their successful Humanities department.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching across KS3 - KS4, with the potential for KS5 depending on experience.The Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
* Plan, assess, and track student progress in line with department expectations.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Work closely with a supportive team of Humanities specialists.
* Participate in whole-school initiative and professional development.
